- Arrange payment of body corporate fees, rates, etc. from your trust monies
- Appoint qualified professionals and tradespeople for repairs and ensure they are done promptly
- Pay your income to you either by mail or directly into your nominated account
- Send you monthly statements
- Give you investment advice, market trends and opinions of value
We do all of this for a low fixed percentage of property income so you know Quixell are going to get the best possible rental value for you.
